What applications is the Smart Wall system suitable for?
The Smart Wall is designed to be used in a wide range of commercial applications. It is suitable for all types of ground floor treatment and is ideal for use in schools, colleges and other educational buildings. The system supports swing, hinged, and automatic commercial entrance doors, and is available in countless configurations to fit the specific requirements of the space.
How does the Smart Wall perform in terms of weather resistance?
The Smart Wall system is designed to withstand various weather conditions; it meets the BS 6375 Part 1: 2009 standards for weather performance. The doors have been tested for air permeability to 300Pa, water tightness to 150Pa and wind resistance to 2000Pa. The screens offer even higher resistance, with air permeability to 600Pa, water tightness to 600Pa and wind resistance to 1600Pa.
What are the dimensions and weight capacities for the Smart Wall?
The maximum sash height available is 2500mm, and the maximum sash width is 1150mm. Each sash can support a weight of up to 80kg. The system has a frame depth of 100mm and is designed to accommodate double or triple-glazed sealed units, ranging from 24-32mm in thickness.
