Experience and knowledge of the window industry would be beneficial, however, delivery driver experience is essential.

The successful candidate must be physically able to meet the demands of loading doors and windows on and off of the company vehicles to be able to deliver across the Southeast.

BDC is a a fast growing established aluminium window and door fabricator. We require forward thinking, experienced aluminium window and door fabricators to join our successful team. A minimum of two years experience is required. On the job training will be a given.

Smarts and/or Stellar fabrication experience would be advantageous but not essential

This critical role inspects all products to ensure that they meet high quality standards while monitoring production accuracy in accordance to technical manuals and company specifications.

Understanding of aluminium windows and commercial products is essential, to identify and carryout direct assembly adjustments to safeguard production, reflecting quality standards, customer expectations and company obligations.

Precise reading of paperwork and application of any required corrective actions will ensure the highest of standards that the company is striving to achieve.

The successful candidate must be able to work independently under pressure while maintaining excellent levels of communication to work as part of the production team.

Salary: £20,000 - £30,000

Full Time

The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in maintenance of FOM and Elumatec CNC/crimping machinery.

The full time role will provide an efficient repair breakdown service within a routine and preventative fault finding maintenance schedule to company and manufacturing standards across two aluminium window and door factories.

The reporting of any problems with production machinery and tooling to avoid the slowing of production.

Communicate effectively with team members for prevention, maintenance and improvement in operations procedures to ensure minimal prodict waste and maximum efficiency.

Accurate record taking to ensure that high standards are met, BSI certification is complied with and health and safety is adhered too. Co-ordination of purchasing parts/tools, maintenance stock items as well as one off items for replacement and retrofitting. Staff training if required on machinery is available.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year
