Please note, our service engineers are employed to rectify problems from manufacturing defects, not for problems caused by fitting. By submitting this form, you are confirming that should the engineer find that the fault is due to a fitting fault and not genuinely requiring a service call, we will charge you for the service engineer’s time (£350 per day +VAT) and travelling expenses (£1.50/mile).
